Utete, TZ – ATN family garden – 2 Aug 2013

Mama ATN is an experienced farmer and after seeing the model garden at the KCM garden shop, she jumped at the chance to start her own.  ATN is fortunate enough to have land right next to her home which means she can spend lots of time in her garden tending it.  Seeing that mchicha is in high demand in the Utete area, she decided to plant 3 beds with it.  She also planted sweet potatoes, tomatoes, African eggplant, eggplant, okra, and onions.
