Moshi, TZ – BM family garden update – 22 Aug 2013

Mr. BM has taken over responsibility for a garden that was built with the help of another family.

Sadly, after some family problems, the original family said that they would be unable to take care of the garden properly so they proposed they give it to their neighbor Mr. BM.  Mr. BM is looking forward to learning about organic farming because of how it well help him feed his family healthy vegetables, and also because he is excited to share the knowledge with his friends, family and community.

BM is facing the challenge of a broken water pump which will make fetching water for the garden difficult.  While he is saving money to fix the pump, he will be borrowing the Tupendane water pump.
