Utete, TZ – Kindwitwi garden shop update – 1 Aug 2013

The Garden shop had a very busy July getting ready for the Parmiter’s School students’ visit and the preparation for the implementation of 6 new family gardens.  The shop’s compost manufacturing is at full capacity filling the orders for the new gardens making approximately ten 50kg sacks of compost per week.  Each new garden needs ten 50kg sacks, so the store has been filled to the brim with over 60 sacks!

Many of the plants will need to be planted as seedlings to ensure stronger plants early on, so the garden shop is preparing hundreds of seedlings in preparation!
