Battambang, KH – Dreaming of becoming an agriculturist – 31 May, 2019

PJ is the second of PC’s three children. He is attending Mony primary school, which is about 3 kilometer from his house. He is a small 15 year old who is in grade 6 that is normally for 12 year olds.

He loves studying and wants to study through to university and become an agriculturist, but he is not sure that he can achieve this dream. His parents have said they will try their best to support all their children so they can finish their schooling.

He is the middle child, so he does not have a bicycle because the family can only afford one for his older brother. He sometimes gets a ride with his friends, and sometimes walks to school. He will soon go to lower secondary school, and hopes to have his own bicycle because the school is far away.
