Moshi, TZ – AU family garden – 22 Feb 2013

The Tupendane team and AU family built their garden 22 Feb 2013 with wide raised beds.  The family are knowledgeable farmers and excited about the potential of the vegetable garden to consistently provide food for their family.

Unfortunately, the early maturing seedlings  have suffered from the sun.  Also the cost of fuel for pumping the required amount of water is a burden, so the family have requested a third barrel to stage water for watering, as the fuel cost of starting the pump is high.
