Utete, TZ – Asha’s house loan payment completion story – May 2023
Asha’s family is happier now that they have home ownership after completing nine years loan payments. She thanks KCM and BL for the loan and repayment system.
Before building her house, Asha and her two sons were living in a grass roofed house. The loan assisted Asha to quickly build a comfortable house for her family with assistance from Parmiter’s School student’s visit and collaboration with the local people in the community.
Asha says “The completion of nine years’ payment and owning a house is a great thing to be proud of in my life. I have learned that no success comes easily, it is with goals, dedication and perseverance. My family has been working with KCM to assist children and community needy groups. This home ownership is a remarkable gift from KCM. Moreover, I connected my home with the clean water system, installed electrical grid power and solar system as backup during power off”.
Asha believes that a good home needs a good toilet, so she will build a better toilet for her family. She is also planning to invest in a barber shop business in the future to assist the children and families with shaving services, and earn an income for her future home improvements.
