Kilimanjaro, TZ – Small strategic sustainable step is a key to the Human lives improvement – Feb 2023

Afya Bora Women Vicoba group has been progressing through the Lives Improvements path of its members since when they started their nutritious flour business last year with Lishe Bora support. We were able to provide them with stress free loan of 300,000 TZS equivalent to US$ 130, which assisted them on taking their next step towards their business improvements by creating their nutritious business logo. The benefits of the new logo have been noticed by the expansion of their local market and increases their sales and profits. The profits increase acquired is currently started to be used on providing small loans to some of its individual members and started their own businesses.

So far two families has been able to starts their private business from the Vicoba supports!

Eline Macha and Dora Salim are the current two benefiting families who have started Vegetable kiosk and Mobile Clothes Shop respectively. The Afya Bora Women Vicoba group is now dreaming to grow up to the next step of their business, which can in turn provide enough finance capacity to support all other interested individual families to starts their respective individual family businesses.
