Battambang, KH – Son benefits from soccer teamwork – 15 Dec 2014

One of CBL’s sons is playing for a local championship soccer team and uses the spirit of teamwork that he learns on the field to improve his studies.

Chhun Da Noch plays for the Children’s Future championship winning team, which travels to different countries like Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand to compete. He is one of the stars of the team and CBL could not be prouder of his son. He can even be found wearing the team’s jersey after work!

Team sports like soccer can help children learn the value of teamwork in their lives. After practice every day Da Noch can be found in a group of teammates and friends studying for their classes where they exchange notes and help each other in difficult subjects.

Da Noch loves playing soccer and travelling to places he would not normally travel to and hopes that his skills as a player will get him a scholarship to a top school where he wants to study Math.
