Caba, PH – Waves Learning Center’s Phase I completed – 1 May 2013
Phase I of the Waves vocational training center is operating, with Beulong Café and Happy Shine Garden Shop start-up businesses and a clinic occupying three units on the ground floor.

The clinic serves the local community and includes a small operating room for minor operations by the doctor. This is very valuable to the community because the closest hospital is in another town.
Quest Building and Maintenance Services will work on the second phase construction of the second floor starting this month.
